Ramada Marcoola Beach

Wyndham Hotel Group has continued the expansion of its Ramada brand in the South Pacific with the renaming of the SurfAir on Marcoola Beach by Wyndham to the Ramada Hotel and Conference Centre Marcoola Beach.

“I’m delighted to align our Marcoola Beach property and further expand the Ramada brand in Australia,” said Wyndham Hotel Group’s South Pacific Managing Director, Barry Robinson.

He said the move to rebrand the property to Ramada, one of Wyndham Hotel Group’s 15 brands worldwide, demonstrates Wyndham’s long term commitment to Australia and the Sunshine Coast as a leading destination for both the business and leisure traveller.

“The strength and reputation of the international Ramada brand will be a welcome addition to the area and is sure to attract more domestic and international travelers to the region,” said Ramada Marcoola Beach General Manager Damien Keenan.

He said the Sunshine Coast has seen a boom in business travel over the last 12 months and with Marcoola Beach situated close to the Sunshine Coast Airport, the internationally renowned Ramada brand can offer premier conference facilities and accommodation all in one convenient location.
