The winner of the Concierge of the Year Award at the 2011 HM Awards presented by Sealy, Steve Ciric, says winning the gong this year will provide an inspiration going forward.

Ciric has a wealth of experience, gained during a reputable Concierge career, including the last 18 months as Chief Concierge at The Westin Melbourne.
Ciric is also a highly valued member of the Les Clefs d’Or Australia and currently holds the position of Treasurer.
Recognised for consistently providing personalised and instinctive service to guests, Ciric also guides his team to do the same and has been described by his fellow Clefs d’Or associates as “one of the industry’s genuine nice guys”.
The 2011 HM Awards were held at Sydney Town Hall and attracted a record crowd of 600 hoteliers, industry leaders and major suppliers.
