Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast has launched a limited-time High Tea experience at its recently renovated Pearls Bar.
Available through to May 31, 2025, the Golden Aurora High Tea invites guests on a “gastronomic escape to a pastel-hued dreamscape, where the menu mirrors the breathtaking, shimmering hues of daybreak over the Pacific Ocean”.
Curated by the hotel’s culinary team, drawing inspiration from the glow of sunrise, the menu features delicate, handcrafted creations, with sun-kissed fruits and seasonal farm-to-table ingredients.
The experience can be enjoyed with The Gilded Spritz cocktail crafted by the resort’s expert mixologists and free-flowing Talbott herbal teas and freshly brewed coffee.
