Six Senses Fiji is now part of the IHG Rewards stable.

Nine resorts in the Six Senses portfolio have been integrated into the IHG Rewards loyalty program, opening up new earning and redemption opportunities for members.

The additions come as IHG Rewards continues to expand its portfolio for members and follows the recent addition of the Mr & Mrs Smith travel club, which saw more than 400 properties around the world opened up to book and redeem points. The company also recently introduced its ‘Handpicked Holidays’ range of itineraries open for members to book at discounted rates.

The nine resorts include Six Senses resorts in Fiji, Yao Noi (Thailand), Laamu (Maldives), Zil Pasyon (Seychelles), Ninh Van Bay (Vietnam), Uluwatu Bali (Indonesia), Botanique (Brazil), Kaplankaya (Turkey) and Ibiza (Spain), with the latter opening in July 2021.

Six Senses Ibiza will be one of three new resorts IHG will add to its fold later this year, which will be joined by Six Senses Shaharut (Israel) and Six Senses Fort Barwara (India). The company said additional Six Senses properties will be welcomed to IHG Rewards over time, starting with Six Senses Ibiza later this year.

Six Senses Ibiza, located on the idyllic Spanish coast, will open for business and join IHG Rewards from mid-2021.

“The addition of these renowned resorts allows members to explore even more inspiring destinations and incredible hospitality.

“Six Senses’ guests can enjoy the benefits of IHG Rewards; not only when staying at one of these Six Senses resorts, but at any of the more than 6,000 hotels across IHG Hotels & Resorts’ sixteen brands.”

Six Senses became part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family in 2019 when the brand and its management companies was acquired from Pegasus Capital Advisers.
