Free nights, airline miles, social media currencies, charitable contributions and a range of other offers can be enjoyed as part of a newly-launched guest loyalty program from StayWell Holdings.
The program is valid at participating properties in seven countries including Australia, United Kingdom, UAE, India and Indonesia, with the group made up of brands including Prince Hotel, Park Regis and Leisure Inn among others.
As part of the program, guests will earn points with each qualifying stay which can be redeemed for further reward stays. More than 30 partnerships with other travel suppliers and retailers have been signed, meaning members can redeem points through shopping with companies such as Coles, Uber, Google Play, iTunes, Myer, David Jones, Amazon.com.au and a variety of global retailers including Starbucks.
Hospitality Marketing Concepts was engaged by StayWell Holdings to help develop the program, with Chief Marketing Officer, Peter Gorla, saying the company was committed to ensuring the success of the StayWell program past its launch and start-up phases.
“Built on the proven VOILÀ Hotel Rewards loyalty platform, managed and enhanced for over 13 years by HMC, the Stay Well Rewards program will enrich the StayWell Holdings experience by providing members with a world-class hotel loyalty program.”
StayWell Holdings Global Director of Revenue Generation, Fiona Godfrey, said the new program will take the guest experience to the next level.
“After reviewing several hotel reward program platforms for our valued guests, we decided to relaunch our previous offering and operate a loyalty program that gives members the opportunity to earn rewards how, where, and when they want.”
