The Foresters Hall apartments incorporate touches of the heritage-listed building next door.

Brisbane’s $600 million FV by Peppers development is now open to guests its entirety after ‘No.1’ – the third and final tower in the complex was completed and opened this week.

The tri-tower development sits in Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley in the Brisbane CBD and encompasses the Forester’s Hall heritage-listed building next door. The first two towers – Flatiron and Valley House – opened in September 2017 and introduced the Peppers brand to the Queensland capital.

Designed for short and long-term stays, the opening of No.1 releases four new room categories to the market in the form of the one-bedroom Foresters Hall apartment, a two-bedroom Foresters Hall apartment which is available with both one and two bathrooms and The Fortitude Suite. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry along with separate lounge and dining areas. In all, the property features nearly 1,000 apartments.

Guests at No.1 can enjoy all the facilities of the other towers, including a 65-metre U-shaped wraparound swimming pool in the Flatiron building. Other facilities include a 20-seat cinema, fitness centre, business lounge, three spa treatment rooms, restaurant, bar and dining area overlooking Brisbane’s Story Bridge.
