The newest Quest Serviced Apartments location in Australia, which opened today in North Sydney, has seen the group’s total national network surpass 10,000 apartments for the first time, the company has announced.
Quest North Sydney is located on Miller Street on the northern edge of the mini-CBD near the Pacific Highway. The property features 100 apartments across both studio and one-bedroom layouts, all under the control of experienced franchisee Brent Howard and Josh Harkness, who has relocated from Adelaide for the role.
Guest amenities include high-speed WiFi and smart televisions, kitchen facilities and ergonomic workspaces. Speaking of the new opening, Howard said he was pleased to partner with Harkness for the new challenge of catering to the growing corporate footprint in North Sydney.
“The revitalisation of North Sydney has made it a competitive location for corporate headquarters, universities and small to medium-sized businesses in need of a central location,” he said.
Quest Apartment Hotels General Manager – Growth, James Shields, said North Sydney is one of Australia’s toughest markets for new commercial real estate.
“Sydney is a top destination for business travellers in the Asia-Pacific, but the small amount of available real estate makes greenfield properties like Quest North Sydney a rare opportunity.”
