Quest St Kilda Road is the latest in a long line of recent openings from the company.

Quest Apartment Hotels is continuing its meteoric momentum for 2019, opening its fifth property in four months in the form of Quest St Kilda Road a little more than a week ahead of the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Built by EBG Development, the tower incorporates the heritage-listed Charsfield Mansion in its foreground and forms part of the New Charsfield block redevelopment.

The property features 104 apartments in studio, one and two-bedroom layouts, each with their own kitchen and laundry as per brand standards. Aimed at business travellers primarily, each apartment also includes free wi-fi, valet dry cleaning and in a new twist, room service provided by Deliveroo. Property facilities include an on-site car park, fitness centre, business lounge and administration services along with concierge.

“St Kilda Road is a key thoroughfare into Melbourne’s Central Business District and hosts many major corporate and government headquarters. We believe the Melbourne Metro project will provide a further catalyst for the corridor, connecting businesses with the CBD through improved public transport accessibility,” said Quest Apartment Hotels General Manager – Growth, James Shields.

A selection of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are available at Quest St Kilda Road.

Franchisee Catherine Mapperson, for whom the new St Kilda Road property was her third Quest franchise, said the South Melbourne region close to Albert Park Lake would complement the new Quest’s location.

“We’ve generated a lot of interest from the business community, but we’re also pleased to see large groups and families choosing Quest St Kilda Road as their extended stay accommodation of choice.”
