Three hotels currently operating under the Abode Hotels brand – part of the Iconic Hotels group – have been listed for sale, with all three properties located in suburbs in and around Canberra.
The hotels include the Abode Gungahlin (61 rooms), Abode Tuggaranong (82 rooms) and Abode Kingston (63 rooms) and are available either individually or together as a portfolio.
The latter two offer guests access to the Abode Pantry, a ‘grab-and-go’ style feature for guests offering confectionery, snacks and ready-to-heat-and-eat meals, all designed to improve guest comfort. Abode Gungahlin offers a dedicated restaurant and bar. All three hotels offer car parking facilities ranging in size from 21 to 100 vehicles.
All properties are considered upscale serviced apartments, each with ensuite bathrooms and individual kitchens. Local entertainment and dining can also be found near to each property.
