Wyndham Hotel Group and VetroBlu Management have announced a franchise agreement to open a Ramada hotel in Scarborough Beach, Western Australia.
Revealed to almost 800 delegates at the at the eighth annual Australasian Hotel Industry Conference and Exhibition (AHICE) in Melbourne this week (May 3-4), the 75-room Ramada VetroBlu Scarborough Beach is scheduled to open in mid-2017.

The hotel will feature a mix of short and long-stay apartments with studio, one and two-bedroom apartments along with four three-bedroom penthouses and one four-bedroom penthouse. Facilities also include a spa, state-of-the-art gym and a rooftop sky deck with garden terrace.

The town of Scarborough is currently undergoing a AUD$100 million redevelopment, which is being delivered by the state government and the City of Stirling. The project includes the new 50-metre swimming pool at Scarborough Beach, playground upgrades and more cafe and dining options.
Ramada Scarborough is the second Ramada branded hotel for Perth and the fourth for Western Australia, joining sister properties Ramada Perth, The Outram in West Perth, Ramada Resort Dunsborough and Ramada Eco Beach Resort, Broome.
