According to Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Hotels and Hospitality Group, the Canberra market has been on the upswing with RevPAR (revenue per available room), the standard industry measure, growing by 10 per cent year on year, on the back of solid increases in both occupancy and average daily rate.
