The Langham, Hong Kong Afternoon Tea

It’s all about exquisite tea at The Langham Auckland this March.

Langham Hotels and Resorts has partnered with iconic British company – Wedgwood, to create The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood.

Twelve carefully chosen Wedgwood tea blends will now be served in Palm Court, the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born 150 years ago in The Langham London.

These carefully chosen teas include traditional favourites English Breakfast and Earl Grey and teas such as White Blossom, which are so rare they are kept in The Langham tea vaults under lock and key.

The Darjeeling Pre-First Flush (Spring) tea is the most exclusive of all at more than NZ $1000 per kilogram. Its resplendent small curly leaves are covered in the glorious fine silvery dawn of early Spring. The flavours are subtle and delicate with hints of melon, white flowers, pomelo and green banana.

Now that the finest afternoon tea in town has a new selection of tea, The Langham Auckland also has a delicious new Afternoon Tea menu to celebrate.
There’ll be decadent tea-inspired treats such as Lemon and Ginger tea mousse on biscuits with freeze-dried raspberries and Peking-style duck leg roulade with coriander and cucumber, all perfectly paired with Wedgwood Tea.

Join us as we thank Wedgwood for the wonderful tradition of tea drinking. Simply indulge in the finest afternoon tea in town between March 4-31, and you’ll go in the draw to win one night’s luxury accommodation and The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood experience for two.

The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood has two sittings Mondays to Saturdays at 11.30am and 2.30pm in Palm Court. Sundays have three sittings at 11.30, 2pm and 4.30pm.
