Exclusive by James Wilkinson

On the eve of the company’s 25th anniversary, Small Luxury Hotels of the World’s CEO, Paul Kerr, says business is solid.

The news comes as SLH is on the expansion trail in Australia, signing the Berkeley River Lodge in Western Australia during September.

“SLH is growing and we just had our strongest year ever once again,” Kerr exclusively told HM on video in Sydney recently.

“[In 2013], we had a 7 per cent increase in revenue compared to 2012 and that was very good,” he said.

In the video, he also talks specifically at performance in Australasia and the Asia-Pacific region generally, as well as demand for new hotels in Australia and New Zealand and much more.
