Esplanade River Suites in Perth has changed name to the Pagoda Resort and Spa.
The change comes following the acquisition of the four-star, 101-room property by Narada Hotels in May 2013 and the new name is effective March 22, 2014.
“This truly is a very exciting period of time for the Pagoda Resort and Spa as it makes its transition into the best four-star boutique Hotel in South Perth,” said the group Co-Chairman Mr Wu.
“The Pagoda name is iconic to the people of Perth and Western Australia and it’s with tremendous pride that the Hotel will once again be known by its original name,” he said.
Pagoda Resort and Spa, led by veteran hotelier Rodney Coates, is also set to undergo a major refurbishment during 2014 and 2015 that will include guest rooms, public and food and beverage areas.
