Quest Serviced Apartments is set to double its portfolio to 300 properties in the next 10 years, according to the company’s Chairman and founder Paul Constantinou.

Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at the company’s 25th Anniversary in Melbourne this week (Nov 28), Constantinou said the growth was on the back of significant demand.

“We’re on a growth path to basically within the next 10 years to double the size of the group,” he told HM.

Quest recently reached the 150-property mark and continues to grow at a rapid pace, fuelled by demand from existing franchisees looking to take on more properties, and the rise in interest from new franchisees joining the family.

In the interview – which was conducted at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne where over 300 staff, franchisees and suppliers were attending the company’s annual conference this week – Constantinou also reflected on the past 25 years for the group and targets going forward.
