Hampton Hotels, part of the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands, has opened its first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Asia Pacific.

Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri in India is the newest addition to the brand’s more than 1,800 hotels globally.

All Hampton Hotels offer high-quality accommodations, in-room conveniences and the latest technology and the newly-built Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri also features the brand’s other characteristic offerings that include complimentary breakfast, free high-speed internet access and the benefits of Hilton HHonors.

Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri is located in the heart of the business and shopping districts of Vadodara, placing guests at the centre of the commercial hub of the city. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Vadodara Airport (BDQ) and in proximity to large companies, the Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad University (MSU), Baroda Museum and Gallery and the magnificent Makaroura and Laxmi Vilas palaces.

The hotel features 72 guestrooms, which include rooms with a queen bed or twin beds designed for convenience and comfort.  Guests can be rest assured and get a good night’s sleep on the Clean and Fresh Hampton Bed, as fresh linen and duvet are laid for every guest.  Guests will also rest easy on the premium pillow-top-mattress with plush comforter, crisp white duvet and a choice of comfortable pillows.

Hilton Worldwide’s President of Asia Pacific, Martin Rinck, said: “India offers tremendous potential for Hilton Worldwide’s extensive portfolio of 10 brands. With the launch of Hampton by Hilton Vadodara-Alkapuri, Hilton Worldwide now manages eight hotels under four brands in the country. We have opened six hotels in India this year, and we plan to launch four more hotels over the next seven months. At the current pace, we hope to triple our presence in the country in the next two years.”

Each guestroom at the hotel features individual temperature control, LCD television, mini-refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, easy-to-set alarm clock radio, electronic safe and free wired and wireless internet access.  Additional amenities include laundry and valet service.
