The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort is saying ‘Mele Kalikimaka’ [Merry Christmas] in a truly sweet way with the debut of the Royal Gingerbread Pink Palace on November 30.

The architect of the masterpiece is Executive Pastry Chef Carolyn Portuondo, who spent more than 100 hours of labor and lots of holiday love.

The pink gingerbread resort contains extraordinary details such as a team of bellmen awaiting guests at the front entrance, guests looking out the hotel’s windows, and even visitors hanging out at the beach.

Fully edible, the Royal Gingerbread Pink Palace is made of 50 pounds of gingerbread, 25 pounds of chocolate and 20 pounds of icing.
