Quest Serviced Apartments is on track to open yet another Queensland property this December, the $25 million Quest Townsville on Eyre, much to the delight of the Townsville City Council and local businesses.

Quest Townsville on Eyre will be the leading serviced apartment operator’s second property in Townsville and fourteenth in the state.

Quest CEO, Zed Sanjana said the company feels strongly about expanding in the regional location, emphasising Townville’s strong growth prospects and secure market forecast.

“Townsville is the largest regional centre north of the Sunshine Coast with the population predicted to increase by more than 50% over the next two decades to almost 300,000 residents,” he said.

“This exciting period of growth stems from the strength of the city’s key economic drivers; defence, government, mining and tourism. The city boasts three major natural resource refineries and a multi-cargo port, in addition to the state’s largest government sector outside of Brisbane.”

The new Quest property is being developed by Leichardt Developments and is located on the corner of Eyre and Leichardt Streets, just a few blocks from Townsville’s famous Strand, a 5 minute drive from the CBD and just 10 minutes from the Port of Townsville.

The property will feature 85 studio, one and two bedroom serviced apartments with kitchen and laundry facilities, separate living/dining area, LED Smart TV, WiFi, Foxtel, onsite car parking, a rooftop barbecue area, gymnasium and conference room facilities.
