Quest Maitland event - 2 (LR)

Quest Maitland is spending AUD$1.75 million on an expansion on the back of strong business confidence in the New South Wales Hunter Valley.

Quest Maitland Franchisees Lee and Sheree Bennett, who have been owner operators of the business since 2006, say they have expanded to support business travellers who are looking for quality accommodation in the Hunter Valley.

“The expansion includes the addition of four new studio apartments and six one bedroom apartments,” Lee said.

“We have also upgraded all the soft furnishings within the property, that I’m sure our guests will be delighted by.

“We are 100% committed to making Quest Maitland the most comfortable and convenient place to stay,” he said.

The announcement was made last week (Mar 6) at an event attended by Maitland City Council Deputy Mayor Cr Steve Procter and Maitland Business Chamber President Steve Thomson.

Procter was very complementary of the expansion to Quest Maitland.

“The completion of this extension project further enhances an excellent accommodation provider,” he said.

“Quest has shown great confidence in our city centre as it continues to deliver the high standards that are expected by both tourists visiting Maitland and those travelling for work,” he said.

The property has 41 apartments, featuring fully equipped kitchens (kitchenettes in studios), laundry facilities, LCD TV with Austar and WIFI Internet. A fitness room and café are on-site, with complimentary car parking available for guests.
