Oaks Hotels and Resorts is forging ahead with its Australian expansion, announcing plans today (Feb 14) to open a brand new Victorian property within the next two months.
The property will take the company’s Melbourne property network to five and total Oaks portfolio to 46.
The second new-build Melbourne hotel to open under the Oaks Hotels and Resorts banner in 12 months, Oaks Pinnacle is located in South Yarra.
In the final stages of completion, the four-star hotel spans 10 floors, with the reception and a café occupying the ground floor and a stylish roof top terrace providing the perfect vantage point to watch the city go by and enjoy a barbeque with travelling companions.
Oaks Pinnacle will offer spacious one-bedroom apartments equipped with full kitchen and laundry facilities, air conditioning, wi-fi access (including 30 minutes of free, continuous use daily), designated work desk, flat screen TV with cable channels and in-house movies, and private balcony offering magnificent views over the surrounding city and laneways.
Oaks Hotels and Resorts General Manager of Sales, Daniel Csortan, said the imminent opening of Oaks Pinnacle signified the continuation of an exciting growth phase for the progressive Australian company.
