Dalman Architecture

Leading New Zealand architect Richard Dalman has expanded his team and moved offices on the back of growing demand in the hotel sector.

Dalman Architecture specializes in hotel projects throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific and has been responsible for work at a number of leading properties including Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square, Crowne Plaza Queenstown, The George Hotel in Christchurch and Te Waonui Forest Retreat in Franz Joseph Glacier.

Dalman told HM the business has moved offices in Christchurch “due to the recent expansion of the company, which now comprises 23 staff” and he was buoyed by the opportunities that exist in the city with the forthcoming rebuild of major buildings, including several hotels.

Last week, Dalman celebrated the move to new offices with a cocktail event attended by several leading hoteliers, including Carl Braddock, General Manager of Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square.
